Woke up this morning, pulled back the covers and things just didnt seem right. COLD…is more like it. Looked at the thermostat…58 degrees???? What in the HELL?
or should I say-wwwwhhhaaatttt in ttthhheeee heeeellllll??????? (teeth chattering)
Panic overwhelmed me.
Adjusted the temp on the wall thingy…nothing.
Out of fuel oil? no
Blown circuit breaker? NO
We are going to freeze to death.
I have NO money.
A repairman on SUNDAY the 31st of Dec….not happening.

DO I cry? NO
Get more clothes on- check
Kids are awake- I mention getting a few more layers of clothing on-

Fuses….there are two fuses near the oil tank.
One looks “funny”
Change that….run upstairs and adjust the temp again….

Need to rewrite a classic. “I’m dreaming of a BROWN Christmas?”
What the heck? Yes-I live in WISCONSIN and we have NO snow. It’s 50 degrees today. My son is outside playing four square without a jacket.
Don’t get me wrong….I am NO fan of cold OR of shoveling the white stuff but this is icky.
Christmas is a week away and they aren’t even forecasting snow.
Brown Christmas is just wrong.
Santa? We need some snow here quick!!

My bathroom is officially under construction. I am SO close to having a shower I can almost feel the warm water running down my back. Since moving in here I have been taking a bath every morning and using a hand sprayer to wash my hair. I am used to it now and can get all washed up pretty fast but I can hardly wait to just jump into the shower. The surround is almost complete and the tile is being placed right this moment.
Plumbing is on Tuesday…
Gotta make this quick and go help.
