My baby turned 21 today!

It is so hard to believe that 21 years you have been in my life. You mean the world to me.

So many things that I wish could be different but I know that they have shaped the man you have become.

You are smart and funny and I think your kinda cute too!

There is a local bar that I have been going to for the past 20 years. My “Cheer’s” if you will. A place to have a few beers and hang with friends. The best music and always a friendly face or two. People have come and gone…and some have returned.

The bar itself is small and older. Nothing special…but the people…the people have been there through so many events of my life. Good and bad. The bar always had a kind of “pull” to make you want to go back. Can’t explain it.

Pete is selling the bar and possibly moving out of the area. Last night was the last Saturday night they will be open. The official closing is June 30th- midnight. ::sniff::

I will miss Pete’s and Pete himself.
